I've been many times but the last couple of times I've been and the young man has made my cuticles bleed, taking minimal care when pushing them back. I now have really sore fingers and they're bleeding 2 days later!! Unfortunately won't go back again despite usually loving the results. I asked to have some shellac stains removed from my fingertips and the man took tweezers and tried to cut my finger!? I was expecting some kind of a wipe rather than to be mutilated

Worst set I have ever had! I was rushed so much! Came here in a one off as my usual nail shop is shut. I ask for simple short pink acrylics thinking they can’t mess it up well they did! All uneven and lumpy horrific!! The young man that did it took NO CARE!! Awful

Always great nails done here, nail art also available, very talented technicians here. They also do pedi, although I haven't had that done but those having it done always seem pleased. You can make an appointment, but walk-ins are happily received

This has been my nail bar for the last year and a half, and I will not have my nails done anywhere else. Just popped in for my Christmas nails and I am in love ❤️ Dom gave me the most perfect snowflakes. Definitely recommend.

I went for gel nails. The man was careless and in a rush and so the drills nipped my skin and made my finger bleed/sore in multiple places. regretfully I went a second time to have gels removed and simple polish put on and I asked them not to use drills and use file instead as didn’t want to be cut again and they totally overcharged me possibly as a result. Won’t go again.

Horrible experience - the guy who did my pedicure was in such a rush to get me in and out that he aggressively filed the top of my big toe nail leaving it weak and causing it to split through my gel nail and up to the nail bed just a few days after getting my nails done. Worse still i often find the colours I select on the example rarely come out the same on my hands. Disappointing to say the least! Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Had my toe nails done today and the man made my toe bleed and has thinned out my toenails so badly. The gel isn’t even up to the cuticle and he was rushing even though they didn’t seem busy. I am now left with a really painful toe and awful wonky nails which I paid £25 for?! I will never return.

Sadly they do not keep to appointment times and you are left waiting. I called in the morning and said I could make anytime throughout the day and was asked to come at 4pm. I was still there at 4:45pm and asked how much longer. I was told 20 more minutes. I couldn't wait so left. Id travelled 20 mins to get there so a complete waste of 2 hours! Will go back to Old Town Nails.

I love this nail bar, feel such a big welcoming when I stepped in! All the staffs are so nice and professional! They do excellent jobs, really looking after you and your nails! Highly recommended! Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Another lovely appointment with Dom today. I have no power in my left arm and he was really attentive and made sure I was comfortable. I cannot recommend these people enough. Dom and Helen and their team are very professional and I've never had an issue.
