I can’t recommend prom to bride enough such a lovely venue and such a friendly relaxed environment - I said yes to the dress !

Went to Prom To Bride for my daughter’s prom dress - amazing selection of dresses, Emma was really helpful in selecting different options without feeling like it was a hard sell. Overall a really friendly and enjoyable process

Went to Emma to buy a prom dress for my daughter- I was so eager I turned up a week early for my appointment ! Emma was very accommodating and allowed my daughter to try on some dresses and she found a perfect one! Thank you for a non stressful and helpful experience the dress is beautiful x

We came to Emma looking for a prom dress for my daughter. Such an amazing shop with so many choices, in so many colours. Emma had taken out dresses that had already been chosen by girls in her school so they wouldn’t be wearing the same dress, which as you can imagine would be awful for the girls. Emma was so helpful and didn’t make you feel rushed, she even had the right gear for my daughter to do her own selfies!!! Would highly recommend ( and have done to friends) Now my daughter can’t wait to wear her dress. Thank you so much for an amazing experience Emma xx

*edited* Came here with my Mum to look for my wedding dress. Emma was absolutely brilliant, really helpful and knowledgeable without putting any pressure on me. She gave me lots of time and space to try on and deliberate, as there were so many beautiful dresses to choose from. The only thing that could have made the experience even better would have been to have more heaters in the room as it was very cold. However this didn't take away from a very special experience, and I found the perfect dress! Thankyou Emma :) I originally gave Prom to Bride 5* in the review above, however the seamstress that Emma recommended to adapt my dress (Edwina Ward) did a really poor job. Going to get my dress altered was an uncomfortable experience, Edwina was very abrupt with us and insisted on cash-only payment. After pushing me to get it altered within her own timescale, I took it home after the final fitting to find pins still in it, and torn stitching. We approached Emma about the situation, and found her quite unhelpful, despite her having highly recommending Edwina. It was a shame after a lovely initial appointment with Emma.

I bought my wedding dress from Emma for my July 2023 wedding. At the first appointment, Emma was brilliant at finding a dress that made me feel amazing. After I had found the one, we returned to the shop several times. Emma helped me find my veil, helped organise alteration appointments and was always polite and professional! She even gifted me a bottle of champange when I collected my dress! Would highly recommend Prom to Bride for a personalised and enjoyable experience.

Emma offers 5* customer service and has a large range of dresses. My daughter had a magical experience trying on dresses in a variety of styles and colours. I’m glad to say that she found her perfect Prom dress. Having gone in with an idea of colour and style, she completely changed her mind and fell in love with a dress that Emma suggested she try. 10/10

I came looking for a wedding dress after a bad experience elsewhere. Emma was amazing, she listened to everything I said and made me feel so at ease. The range of dresses are amazing, there really is something for everyone. I had totally ruled out a particular style but Emma convinced me to try it & it turned out to be the dress I said yes to.
