I can't believe I haven't discovered this gem sooner! I needed some dye that couldn't find and was delighted when I was able to phone and speak to a wonderfully helpful actual human who was able to tell me exactly which stock they had on their shelves, on top of that fantastic customer service they shipped it so fast, I ordered yesterday and my order is already here, I'll definitely be back again.

Delighted with the service Having stumbled upon this retailer online I liked the ethos and simplicity of the company and placed an order which arrived swiftly and packed thoughtfully. Great range of products. Practical and straightforward website. Will use again. So refreshing to be able to use a smaller company and thus bypass Amazon and the other bigger organisations. A smaller order placed at the same time with someone else has delivery in a weeks time.

Wanted some art stuff for my granddaughter, couldn't have been more helpful. Shop is closed to protect against covid but they are more than happy to bring stuff out for you to see if you arrange in advance.

Ordered some supplies Friday afternoon, paid £2.60 postage which I was happy with, wasnt expecting my order until next week. Really happy when it arrived Saturday morning. Khadi Papers are amazing, spent the afternoon yesterday painting and block printing. Well wrapped, speedy service (may be down to the post office, not sure).. Good price and I will definitely order direct from you again for all my art supplies.

Fantastic art shop and a real asset to the community. I've been a professional illustrator for 15 years and my working life would be a lot harder without this shop. The staff really know their stuff and I've had a great many problems fixed by them. Plus they have a great range of materials - so much better than ordering art materials from online retailers.

My wife loves this place and we travel out from London to get some of her craft supplies from here. Apparently they run some really excellent classes and my wife is going to attend some of them this year and I will get her feedback as to how she gets on. Must say this is a real speciality shop and it delivers so highly recommended.
