Amazing club!

This is a great club with an experienced instructor, topped off with a great hall to practice within. It is a very welcoming environment and a great place to learn the art of Shotokan Karate. Why not give it a go, you won't be disappointed!

This club delivers on all levels, family friendly atmosphere. Clean and tidy dojo. It has become not just an activity me and my two children all enjoy, but a part of my life. Training twice a week keeps me active as at 42 let's be honest most of us can't be bothered. The mental side has really helped me too, releasing all my anxiety and stress every session. Enabling me to leave with a clear and focused mind. Our Sensei, although I really wouldn't want to meet him in a dark alley, is very kind, caring, considerate immensely knowledgeable and highly talented. He makes time before and after training to help aid and guide all who ask him. It is more a big family that all keep in contact even when not training. Our club treasurer, Sensei wife, is always on hand to help and is most caring and the kindest of people. If you have a spare hour or two to try something different and focus your mind I would highly recommend coming to join us.
