The staff are very friendly and the haircuts are very good. I RECOMMEND!!

Unfortunately, this was my worst barber experience yet. my forehead was cut from him accidentally knocking me with the clippers (which he didn’t even notice) - fair play, it was an accident. However, the back of my head was then cut uneven. The lines of my beard weren’t matching. I was sent away with masses of blue shaving gel in my beard with no offer of a wipe or tissue and finally - I’ve come away with a shaving rash so bad, my neck was red with blood spots before I even got to my car. (I’ve had plenty of beard trims and haircuts and never had a rash before!) So alas, I’ve come home, shaved my head and applied plenty of moisturiser to my neck whilst seriously regretting my decision. Possibly the worst £25 I ever spent.

As well as our regular barber in Elisey Knebworth, there are two or three other barbers who cover him on rotation when he's on holiday etc... All of these blokes cut hair exceptionally well and are really skilled in their trade. Never had a bad cut. I always get a beard shape and wet shave too - hot towel and arm massage is my little bit of relax time. I look forward to my monthly visit!
